DigiGo Plus is committed to providing exceptional digital marketing services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a client may need to cancel a project or service. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation Policy:
Project Cancellation:
Pre-Project Commencement: If a client cancels a project before it commences, a full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred by DigiGo Plus.
Post-Project Commencement: Once a project has commenced, cancellations may result in partial or no refunds. The specific refund amount will depend on the stage of completion, the nature of the services rendered, and any contractual obligations.
Service Cancellation:
Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Plans: Clients may cancel monthly, quarterly, or annual plans by providing written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the remaining unused portion of the plan.
One-Time Services: Once a one-time service is initiated, it cannot be canceled. However, if the service is not delivered as per the agreed-upon terms, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
